RETURNS & CANCELLATION
Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 7 days. Since each product is custom painted to your preference, we do not have the option to return the item after making a purchase. We do offer a 100% Fit Guarantee on all our Kits which means that in any case, if the kit does not install onto your motorcycle, we will exchange the kit for a new one. We offer a 7 day replaceable warranty on all Accessories purchased from our website. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it without any scratches, chipping of paint or dents etc.. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please send us a mail at hello@boltondesign.in with the Subject as "Exchange". We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@boltondesign.in
Cancellation Policy
We start processing our products within 48 hours of receiving the order, the only exception to this rule is if the next day is a Sunday or a public holiday. If your order has been placed before 9AM, it will be processed the same day and shipped within the stipulated time
.
Though we would hate to let you go, in case you wish to cancel the order, simply drop us a mail at hello@boltondesign.in with the Subject : Cancellation of Order # and let us know the reason for cancellation.
You may cancel the order within 48 hours of placing the order. If 48 hours have elapsed and we have started processing the order, we will not be able to cancel the order and we WILL dispatch the order from our end.
